4-H Club Gives Youth With Disabilities Opportunity to Show Lambs
Unified Showing is a 4-H club which empowers youth with disabilities through learning about and showing lambs with the aid of youth buddies. Youth with disabilities ages 8–18 and youth without disabilities ages 14–18 are encouraged to apply. Applications will be accepted through April 1. Read more in the NEBLINE e-newsletter.

Witness the amazing process of chicks hatching on 4-H EGG Cam! Pipping (pecking through the shell) will take place for 1–6 hours before the chick emerges from the shell. Upcoming hatch dates are March 4–5 and April 15–16. Watch on the EGG Cam web page.

Hannah Schielke, Extension Assistant
Nutrition Education Program in Lancaster County
Hannah works with our Nutrition Education Program in Lancaster County. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health and Fitness and is pursuing a Master of Science in Youth Development. Hannah is funded by a grant known as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Education Program (SNAP-Ed) that focuses on reaching limited-resource populations through direct education and Policy, Systems and Environmental (PSE) approaches. Hannah spends most of her time teaching 3rd-5th grade students and loves being around the youth. Double Up Food Bucks is a PSE approach that she promotes as well.
